TrackLineX processes data necessary for authentication, company and stage management, orders, parts, and notifications.

Data we process

Email and username for authentication and notifications.
Operational data (companies, stages, orders, parts) entered by the customer.
If you authorize Gmail, we store Gmail OAuth tokens solely to send emails on your behalf (scope gmail.send).

We use your data only to operate the app and send the notifications you configure.
OAuth tokens can be revoked in your Google account > Security > Third‑party access.
You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting support.

We apply reasonable technical controls. We encourage using strong passwords and 2FA on your email accounts.
